The process for himedi was super streamlined and easy. The facilities were great, the staff was helpful and caring. The tests felt very thorough and the process was very smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend!

I was very impressed with the response time from Himedi, and the health checkup itself went so smoothly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I chose to book with Himedi since they provided an easy way to book medical checkups in Korea for English speakers. The checkup screening at KMI was fast and efficient. They provide hospital clothes and a locker to store your stuff, and you can keep your phone on you to use while you wait for the next exam. The staff there were very helpful and most can speak English, some only knew basic words to help me onto my next step. I was not provided a translator with Himedi but was able to get around asking the staff for help. KMI also provided a meal voucher worth 6k won at the end of the screening for a restaurant down the road. The voucher had a map to help find the restaurant and the restaurant has a sign in front of it saying they take KMI tickets. I wish Himedi would've provided clearer checkin instructions. I wasn't sure which floor to go to to check into my appointment and had to ask the staff which floor to start on (4th floor). I also would've liked instructions on how to check into the checkin kiosk. It asked for a phone # but the one I provided to Himedi didn't work. The staff helped me by finding my reservation # from the confirmation email.

Himedi provided an easy way to book medical checkups in English. Booking off Korean sites directly was confusing. The medical checkup itself was very insightful and easy when provided with a translator.

I was incredibly surprised by how easy it was to organise, pre-pay, and check-in. I showed up to the clinic and took a ticket and was called to the counter and given a card pass for my medical and changed into comfortable robes for the clinic. The process of checking in with a card for each procedure room was easy, the staff were efficient and professional. The speed at which the professionals work at is admirable and I haven’t seen such a variety of medical disciplines and equipment in one floor. This clinic is a jack of all trades medically. I will definitely be coming back for all my medicals here as it is more thorough and preventative than the Australian healthcare system. I’ve recommended KMI/himedi to all my friends. 10/10!
