It was our first time in Seoul for a self-care trip and Himedi made it much easier to plan and navigate. I was incredibly surprised by how easy it was to organise, pre-pay, and check-in. I showed up to the clinic and took a ticket and was called to the counter and given a card pass for my medical and changed into comfortable robes for the clinic. The process of checking in with a card for each procedure room was easy, the staff were efficient and professional. The speed at which the professionals work at is admirable and I haven’t seen such a variety of medical disciplines and equipment in one floor. This clinic is a jack of all trades medically. I will definitely be coming back for all my medicals here as it is more thorough and preventative than the Australian healthcare system. I’ve recommended KMI/himedi to all my friends. 10/10!
