Highly recommend this service!

I recently completed a full-body medical checkup in South Korea, and overall, it was a great experience. The facility was easy to find, very clean, and well-organized. The entire process was impressively efficient—everything moved quickly without feeling rushed.

The health report we received was incredibly comprehensive and provided in both Korean and English, which made it easy to understand and review afterward. Despite the language barrier, we were able to get by with some broken English and gestures, and the staff did their best to help us feel comfortable.

One thing to note is that there was no intake or lifestyle interview. I’m currently training for a marathon, but the report made assumptions about my health based solely on my BMI. I understand this might be due to the limited English spoken at the clinic, but a brief lifestyle questionnaire or interview would have added helpful context to the results.

That said, I would absolutely do this checkup again. It was an excellent value for the level of detail provided, and it gave me peace of mind about my overall health.

Efficient

They were very efficient and clean facility. Mostly positive experience except for the gastro test and bloodwork. I wish they would let you know ahead of time what you would ingest. The blood draw process did not seem sterile.

10/10 Recommentation

This was my first time ever getting a comprehensive health exam of this level and I was so pleasantly surprised by my overall experience.

Firstly, it was very apparent that I was the one of the only foreigners at the health check-up facility.

Despite this, all of the staff were so accommodating and mindful of me. They helped me check in quickly and efficiently, they also were very direct in giving me clear instructions on what to do next.

When I went into individual rooms for testing, the staff were so respectful of my body and my boundaries. They were communicating with me what I needed to do in fluent English and they provided a clean and overall welcoming atmosphere.

Finally, I was so happy with my result and the comprehensiveness of it all. I arrived at 8:00am and left around 11:30am for the Standard test. I was really amazed at the quality and quickness of my whole care.

Mostly positive experience

I opted for the executive level exam. I got in at 8am and left around 1pm. It was a very long day. Especially since I fasted and had a colonoscopy. I was very dehydrated by the time I was done and they did not say whether I could drink water at any point. I eventually had to drink water b/c I did not have enough fluid for the urine sample.

Interesting experience as this level of efficiency is non-existent in the U.S. healthcare system. They could never! You get your ID card then they tell you which room to go to as soon as you finish each test. Not sure why, but it was very busy the day I went. Some rooms did have a wait though, probably no longer than 10 minutes.

They don't provide an English interpreter, but you can get by with broken Korean and most of them knew basic English. You can also use an app if there are any issues. For some of the tests, I was unsure which test I was getting exactly as they didn't always explain.

They send a report within a week or two after. It is password protected. I read in other reviews that you may get a consultation at the end if results are available. Unfortunately, I did not get that experience.

At the end, they give you a voucher for a meal. I also opted to get a CD of images. I had to buy an external CD drive to view but it worked. Overall, I think it's comprehensive and great value compared to U.S. healthcare. It is preventative vs. reactive in the U.S. Make sure to follow up with doctors in your home country. I have already found out several issues with my health that I am glad I discovered through these exams.

Impressed

Overall, this was a great experience. Well-managed, clean, and thorough medical comprehensive at a price that really can't be beat (I'm coming from the U.S.). Support is pretty responsive as well via email and DMs. I was in at 8am and there were no waits at stations; an experience that could be as long a 3 hours during later hours was over in under one! The facilities are clean, optimized for locals but the staff speaks some English and everyone was friendly and warm. Afterward, they provide a voucher for a meal, which I thought was a nice touch of hospitality.
